Fit-out begins: our training kitchens take shape

Work is under way inside our campus in the Chandigarh Tricity. The building has been handed over for fit-out, and the first spaces taking shape are the professional training kitchens — a pastry and bakery lab and a culinary kitchen, each laid out so every student works at their own station.

This month: kitchen benches and services are going in, ovens and refrigeration are on order, and the classroom and demonstration areas are being finished. We’ll post photos here as each space comes together.
