About APCA

Belong with the best.

APCA is an internationally acclaimed professional pastry and culinary institute, renowned for producing world-class pastry champions. Here is who we are — and what we are building in Chandigarh and the Tricity area.

Our story

From one academy in Malaysia to campuses across Asia.

APCA’s journey started in 2010 with its flagship school in Malaysia. Today the group runs professional pastry and culinary academies in Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and India — in Gurugram (Delhi NCR), Bengaluru and Mumbai.

With celebrated masterchef faculty, a robust international network, international internship opportunities, hands-on training and well-equipped kitchens, APCA provides the ecosystem students need to thrive.

APCA was founded by Chef Niklesh Sharma, its Founder & Managing Director.
