About APCA Chandigarh
APCA (Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts) began in Malaysia in 2010 and now has academies in five countries, with alumni who won the World Pastry Cup in 2019. APCA Chandigarh, our new campus in SAS Nagar (Mohali), is opening soon, and we are building its founding team.

The role
Deliver hands-on classes on the culinary track, keep our kitchens to professional standards, and support curriculum delivery and student success.
What you’ll do
- Deliver hands-on culinary classes as per the curriculum
- Set up and break down kitchens before and after classes
- Support soft trials, preview tastings and open days
- Maintain hygiene, safety and equipment standards
- Give students feedback and prepare progress reports
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts from a recognised institute
- 4–8 years of total culinary experience
- At least 3 years specialising in culinary
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens or similar institutions
Nice to have
- APCA alumni preferred
- FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Specialised certification in your area (e.g. French cuisine)
- Teaching or demo experience
- Experience in the Chandigarh / North India market
Skills
- Knife skills, stocks, sauces, proteins, vegetables and plating
- Cuisines: French, Italian, Indian and Asian
- Recipe execution, mise en place, portion control and waste reduction
- Demonstrating, explaining and correcting students patiently
- Hygiene protocols, equipment care and inventory awareness
- Punctual, energetic, student-friendly and adaptable
Languages
Fluent English and Hindi (Punjabi a plus)
