About APCA Chandigarh
APCA (Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts) began in Malaysia in 2010 and now has academies in five countries, with alumni who won the World Pastry Cup in 2019. APCA Chandigarh, our new campus in SAS Nagar (Mohali), is opening soon, and we are building its founding team.

The role
Guide prospective students from their first enquiry to enrolment. You will run counselling sessions and campus walkarounds, follow up with every lead, process admissions, and convert enquiries into enrolments.
What you’ll do
- Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with prospective students and parents
- Conduct facility walkarounds for prospective students
- Follow up with leads (after 48 hours, 7 days and 30 days)
- Maintain the enquiry database and conversion tracker
- Process admissions, payments and onboarding
- Handle incoming enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, social DMs)
- Coordinate with the Head Chef on class schedules
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts or Bakery from a recognised institute
- FSSAI Food Safety Awareness
- 2–5 years in pastry/bakery, front desk, admissions, counselling or customer service
- Experience in education, hospitality or premium retail
Nice to have
- APCA alumni preferred
- Diploma in Hospitality, Counselling or Communications
- Certification in CRM / admissions software
- Experience with booking software
- Experience in the Chandigarh/Mohali market
Skills
- Counselling, objection handling, follow-up and closing
- CRM, booking software, MS Office and WhatsApp Business
- Multitasking, scheduling and record-keeping
- Empathetic, patient, presentable and solution-oriented
Languages
Fluent English, Hindi and Punjabi; a warm, professional manner on the phone and in person
